The above two Petitions under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.547/2015 under Section 354B/323/506/34 and FIR No.619/2015 under Section 420/268/271/120B IPC registered at Police Station Burari, Delhi.

The Petitioners and the Complainant in both the Petitions are present and it is submitted that they have settled all the disputes vide Settlement Deed dated 20.12.2024. As per the Agreement, Rs.2.75 had already been paid in the year 2016. It has now been agreed that a total amount of Rs.5 lakhs shall be paid by the Petitioners to the Complainant towards full and final Settlement. Rs. 2 lakhs have already been received by the Complainant, which is confirmed by her and Rs.1 lakh each in the two FIRs is handed over today to the Complainant vide DD No.000473 and DD No.000620 dated 21.07.2025 drawn on HDFC Bank, which is accepted by the Complainant. The balance amount of Rs.1 lakh is to be paid by the Petitioners to the Complainant at the time of withdrawal of the Civil Suit. 5. The Complainant while endorsing the terms of the Settlement as having been arrived at voluntarily and without any pressure and coercion, submits that the FIR No.547/2015 as well as FIR No.619/2015 be quashing totally against all the Accused persons.

It is further submitted on behalf of the Complainant that in FIR No.619/2015 the original documents of the property are with the I.O, which he may be directed to return.

In view of the submissions made, the Petitions are allowed. Accordingly, the two FIR No.547/2015 under Section 354B/323/506/34 and FIR No.619/2015 under Section 420/268/271/120B IPC registered at Police Station Burari, Delhi which essentially had their genesis in property dispute, with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet are hereby quashed qua all the Petitioners/accused persons.

Considering that both FIRs stands quashed, The I.O is directed to handover the original documents to the Complainant, as per the law and procedure. He may retain the photocopies of the documents on record. 9. Both the Petitions stand disposed of.
