Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ( hereinafter referred to as ‘B.N.S.S.’) read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for setting the Impugned Order dated 18.10.2025 of learned Link Chief Judicial Magistrate, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in FIR No. 115/2024 registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, New Delhi.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2, submits that the Respondent has already travelled pursuant to this Order and the present Petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioner submits that it may be clarified that this Order may not be taken as precedent for future and the Petitioner may be given the liberty to agitate the same for any relief
