The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section 374 of Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order on sentence dated 02^nd May, 2008 and 19^th May, 2008 respectively, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Session Case No. 654/2006 arising out of FIR No. 381/2006 registered at Police Station Gokul Puri under Sections 376/452/323/506 IPC.

The Appellant was convicted under Sections 452/342/376/506(1) IPC.
