1. Through the present petition, the petitioner seeks exemption from condition (c), imposed vide order dated 12.02.2020 passed by this Court in BAIL APPLN. 173/2020, which reads thus:

“9(c) He shall mark his presence in the concerned police station (Police Station Baba Haridas Nagar) on the first Monday of every calendar month.”

2. The prosecution submits that in the present case, charge-sheet has been filed, and she has no objection in case condition (c) imposed vide order dated 12.02.2020 is recalled.

3. Accordingly, para 9 of the order dated 12.02.2020 passed in BAIL APPLN. 173/2020 is modified as under:

“9. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. This is also subject to the petitioner complying with the following conditions:
