CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANUP JAIRAM BHAMBHANI O R D E R % 03.02.2025
At the outset, it transpires that the same order dated 08.01.2025 passed by the jail authorities rejecting the petitioner’s prayer for furlough has been challenged vide W.P.(CRL) No. 339/2025, in which notice has been issued by this court on 30.01.2025, returnable for 05.03.2025.
Evidently, the present petition has come to be filed by some error. Accordingly, the petition is disposed-of as infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
