The present leave petition has been filed by the State challenging the judgment dated 16th January, 2020, by which the Respondent has been acquitted in FIR No.664/2014 under Sections 10 and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences and Section 376 of Indian Penal Code. After having perused the impugned judgment dated 16th January, 2020 on the grounds raised, the court is inclined to grant leave in this matter considering the fact that there are two child victims.

In view of the reasons stated in the present petition as well as submissions made by ld. Counsels for parties, the leave petition is allowed.

The leave petition is disposed of accordingly.
