The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-

“A. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari/mandamus or any other writ, directing the concerned Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, N-W, Rohini District Courts, Delhi to restrain Respondents No. 2-5 from participating in

PD&S Judge, N-W, Rohini District Courts, Delhi in Criminal Revision No. 399/2024 titled as Rajneesh Arora versus State & Ors, to the extent that the direction for appearance of “parties” before the Magistrate shall not be construed as permitting the proposed accused to participate in the adjudication of section 156(3) CrPC proceedings; and/or

C. Pass any other or further orders, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice.”
