case. CCTV footages have been placed on record which shows that certain people were seen kicking at the door of residence of the petitioner and the survivour.
“18) That it is pertinent to mention here that, police staff was deployed round the clock at their house since the registration of the present FIR. Even on 13/03/2025 police staff was deployed at the petitioner’s house and also a police booth along with permanent picket is present in the immediate vicinity of the house of petitioner. On 13/03/2025 petitioner telephonically informed beat HC Yashpal that Saibul’s brother Kochi passed from the Shah Alam Bandh Gol Chakkar to which HC Yashpal categorically enquired from Petitioner whether that person Kochi has said anything to her but petitioner denied that Kochi had said nothing to her.
