“A. Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent for wilful, deliberate and continuing disobedience and non-compliance of the Order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the Ld. Family Court, Patiala House Court in GP No. 28 of 2024;
B. Punish the Respondent for wilful, deliberate and intentional breach of the order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the Ld. Family Court, Patiala House Court in GP No. 28 of 2024, with imprisonment and fine in accordance with law; and/or
C. Pass any other appropriate orders, directions that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the present case.”
