Mr. Manu Chaturvedi , Standing Counsel for MCD, has handed up a status report on an affidavit which notes that all concerned Departments i.e. Horticulture , Electric-I , DEMS and MCD have submitted their response to the representation.

The BSES Feeder has been removed from the public passage and put in a proper way at a safe height.

The Horticulture Department has repaired the open gym equipment and the ones which were not repairable have been removed.
