However, in the Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No. 10550/2025 filed against the said dismissal, the Supreme Court, by order dated 05^th May 2025, has set aside the order dated 27^th November 2024 in the LPA, subject to respondents paying cost of Rs. 50,000/- to the petitioner.

Counsel for respondent states that costs have been paid, which is however, refuted by counsel for petitioner.
