Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in terms of the specific directions given by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 05.08.2024 in W.P. (C) No. 10776/2024, respondents were not only directed to consider the request for revocation of cancellation of order in respect of stall in question, they were also directed to consider the regularization of his license.

It is submitted that revocation request has already been acceded to by the respondents but there is no decision, as yet, on regularization. 3. Learned counsel for respondent submits that aspect of regularization is under process and they have already sought information/documents from the petitioner. It is informed that such documents have already been furnished by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent, on instructions, submits that requisite decision with respect to regularization shall be taken by the competent

authority. He also submits that in case they require any further document (s) from the petitioner, they would send communication within one week from today and on receipt of the documents, they would decide the aspect of regularization within a period of four weeks.

On the basis of aforesaid assurance given by learned counsel for respondent, learned counsel for petitioner, at the moment, does not press his present contempt petition. He, however, reserves his right to move appropriate application seeking revival of the present contempt petition, in case nothing is done within the abovesaid period of four weeks.

Petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
