The present petition under Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:-

“a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondents for their wilful disobedience of the Order dated 08.12.2025 passed by the Ld. JMFC-02 (Mahila Court), South, Saket Courts, New Delhi; b) Direct immediate enforcement of the said Order and ensure that the Petitioner is allowed to enter and reside in the shared household located at G-10, G Block Market, Hauz Khas, New Delhi, without obstruction; c) Pass any other or further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice”
