“It is therefore, most humbly prayed that the respondent may be punished for committing Civil Contempt U/s 2 b of the Court punishable U/s 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, as despite grant of time to the Respondent No. 1/ Contemnor has not vacated the 1st Floor and 3rd Floor of the Premises bearing No. 1085, Dr. Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi and deposited the arrears of rent/occupational charges, thus by breaching the terms of his undertaking and also by willfuly disobeying the direction and the order dated 02/12/2024 passed by the trial court in Suit No. CS SCJ 1304/2024, in the present case and the sentence of imprisonment is essential and necessary, in the interest of justice.
