The present petition under Section 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 21 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

“A. Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondents/Contemnors for deliberately flouting the directions passed in order dated 02.06.2015 passed by the Ld. ADJ-1 North District/Rohini Courts, Delhi in RCA DJ NO 135/2016.

B. Direct the Respondent/Contemnor No. 1 to reverse the third party rights created by him in order to act upon his own undertaking, which has been recorded in his own Written Statement.

C. and further direct the other Respondents/Contemnors not to create any further 3rd party rights on any of the portions of the Suit property till the pendency of the appeals filed by the parties and undo the 3rd party rights created in contempt of the court order(s), D. Pass any other / further order (s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
