In view of the order dated 14.07.2025 passed in Transfer Petition (Civil) Nos. 2520/2024, 2580/2024, 2319/2024, 2305/2024 and the order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 2450/2024, the present petitions have been directed by Supreme Court to be transferred to the High Court of Judicature at Bombay. The registry is accordingly, directed to take appropriate steps for transferring the record to the High Court of Judicature at Bombay.
