This is an Application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“ CPC ”) for taking on record the settlement agreement dated 03.04.2025 (“ Settlement Agreement ”) between the Petitioner and Respondent No.1.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that the Petitioner has entered into the Settlement Agreement with Respondent No.1 and wishes to withdraw the present Petition against Trade Mark Application No.1811882

in Class 25 for the mark RTFL Redtape Fashion League / of Respondent No.1.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 agrees that the Settlement Agreement has been entered into between the Petitioner and Respondent

In view of the same, the present Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the direction that the Parties shall comply with the Terms of the Settlement as contained in the Settlement Agreement.
