The present petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter ‘Act’), seeking certain interim reliefs.

This Court vide order dated 24^th September, 2025, had passed the following directions:

“20. In view of the above, till the next date of hearing, the respondent will continue to grant approval to the petitioner for serving liquor at the licensed premises on the same terms and conditions as was earlier being granted by the respondent.

21. To facilitate the aforesaid directions, the respondent shall continue to issue gate passes for entry/exit of necessary goods/materials into the licensed premises as and when requested by the petitioner.”
