Petitioner has assailed order dated 11.02.2025 of the learned trial court, whereby the respondent/DDA (defendant no.1 in suit) was granted opportunity to lead additional evidence to prove that the lease deeds relied upon by the petitioner/plaintiff were forged and fabricated.

Learned counsel for respondent/DDA appears on advance intimation and accepts notice. Learned counsel for respondent/DDA on instructions also undertakes that no other witness shall be sought to be examined and no adjournment shall be taken by respondent/DDA before the trial court so that the suit get decided expeditiously.
