Petitioner, being one of the defendants in the two subject suits did not file Written Statement in time prescribed by law. Rather it appears that the Written Statement was sought to be filed five months after service of summons, so the same was not taken on record by the learned trial court vide order dated 17.01.2025. The order dated 17.01.2025 was taken by the petitioner in review and the review was rejected vide order dated 09.05.2025, impugned in the present petitions.
