“Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with the liberty to move an application seeking anticipatory bail before the learned Trial Court.

Liberty granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case.”
