“It is to be submitted that, the Inmate patient was undergone Stage-I Urethroplasty surgery in Safdarjung hospital for his complaint of urethral stricture in December 2024 and thereafter advised for stage-II Urethroplasty surgery after 3-6 months.
At present, the inmate patient has been advised and planned for Stage-II Urethroplasty surgery at Safdarjung Hospital. Before surgery he has been advised multiple investigations for PAC (Pre Anaesthetic Checkup). Recently, the inmate patient was examined in DDU

Hospital for his complaint of decreased vision and diagnosed as Right Eye Brown Cataract. He was advised Surgery for cataract at DDU Hospital and currently is on work up investigations before surgery. Inmate patient presented in dispensary on multiple occasions for his complaints of shortness of breath, burning micturition, pain abdomen and hematuria (blood in urine). He is undergoing pre anaesthetic check up for both surgeries (stage-II Urethroplasty and Right Eye Brown Cataract). The advised investigations has been done and date for both surgeries are yet to be given by Safdarjung and DDU Hospital.”
