The present application under Sections 483 & 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Sections 439 and 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 254/2024 under Sections 392/394/397/34/411 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Patel Nagar.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a prayer for an expeditious trial.

It is pointed out that the matter is fixed for consideration on the point of charge before the learned Trial Court on 25.04.2025.
