The present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (formerly Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19737) seeks grant of further interim bail for 30 days in FIR No. 882/2015 registered under Sections 302/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Nihal Vihar.

It is pointed out that, on earlier occasion, this Court by order dated 6^th June, 2025, in Bail Appln. No. 2132/2025, had granted bail to the Applicant for a period of 30 days to enable him to undergo treatment for his chronic kidney disease. Subsequently, in another bail application [Bail Appln. No. 2415/2025], taking note of the fact that Applicant was undergoing treatment, the interim bail was extended for a period of 30 days, on the same terms and conditions. Thereafter, the bail was extended by another period of 30 days in Bail Appln. 2988/2025 by order dated 8^th August, 2025.
