The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 read with Section 528 BNSS, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 127/2025, under Section 376, 354,420, 506, 509,120B & 34 IPC registered at PS-Saket, District South Delhi.

The case of the prosecution has been captured by this Court in the order dated 29.08.2025.

Mr. Vibhuti Sushant Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted protection by this Court vide order dated 29.08.2025 subject to his joining investigation as and when required by the IO concerned. He submits that the petitioner had joined investigation as and when he was called by the IO. He further contends that

i.Petitioner shall join further investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned.
