The Petitioner is in custody in relation to FIR No. 444/2024 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985¹ at P.S. Bhalswa Dairy. Subsequently, a chargesheet was filed qua the Petitioner under Sections 21/25/29 of the NDPS Act.

The Petitioner was granted interim bail by order dated 17^th June, 2025, passed by the ASJ-04, North District, Rohini Courts for a period of one week. Thereafter, the Petitioner filed another application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking extension of interim bail for a period of 45 days. By order dated 25^th June, 2025, the Sessions Court partly allowed the request and extended the interim bail till today.

The Petitioner is aggrieved that an extension of his request for 45 days has been partly allowed. He seeks extension of bail for a further period of 30 days.
