Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973² ) seeking regular bail in the proceedings arising from case FIR No. 276/2024 dated 27^th June, 2024, registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860³ , at P.S. Binda Pur. Subsequently, charge sheet qua the Applicant filed on 23^rd September, 2024, added the offence of Section 120B of IPC. The supplementary charge sheet, filed on 30^th January, 2024, further added the offences of 201 of IPC and 209 of BNS.

The Applicant has been in custody since 30^th November, 2024. She had earlier applied for bail through BAIL APPLN. 58/2025. On the said date, Counsel for the Applicant, without making arguments, withdrew the application as the chargesheet had just been filed and sought liberty to raise the grounds before the Trial Court at the first stage.

Pursuant to the aforenoted liberty granted by the Court, the Applicant applied for bail before the Trial Court, which has been rejected by the Court vide order dated 01^st May, 2025.

After making some submissions, Counsel for the Applicant states that he would like to withdraw the present application and requests that the Trial Court be directed to expedite the trial, so that the statement of material witnesses can be recorded without delay.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

The Trial Court is requested to conduct the trial as expeditiously as possible and record the statements of the material witnesses without delay.

With the above directions, the present bail application is disposed of.
