Through the present application, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 180/2021 registered at Police Station - Shahdara, Delhi under Sections 302/201/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

On the last date of hearing i.e., 05.05.2025, the learned APP for the State sought time to file CCTV footage on record and submitted that the cross-examination of the material witness i.e., the brother of the deceased is yet to be recorded. For these reasons, the matter was adjourned for today.

Today, during the course of arguments, the parties are in agreement that in case the material witnesses, whom the prosecution intends to examine, be allowed to be examined in a time bound manner, the petitioner
