“1. Attention of this Court has been drawn to the order dated 21^st July, 2023, wherein, the petitioners had been directed to take instructions as to whether they would like to prosecute the present petition or not.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P.(C) 9874/2024, submits that he may be granted some time to seek instructions.

3. Accordingly, at request re-notify on 26^th May, 2025.”
