The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent no. 1 to demolish the illegal construction of juice kiosk at the Shaft Area of 81B, A-2, Mayur Vihar, Phase-3, New Delhi-110096 , as constructed by respondent no.3.

As per the Status Report dated 01^st December, 2025 filed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”), the encroachment in question has already been removed.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite the encroachment removal action, the said encroachment has come back, and the juice kiosk has been re-constructed.
