The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”) for withdrawal of the present writ petition.

It is submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 05^th June, 2025 to the respondent no.1-Jawaharlal Nehru University, whereby, she sought permission to complete her Ph.D. at the respondent no.1Jawaharlal Nehru University and showed her intent to withdraw all the pending legal proceedings against the respondent no.1-Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Accordingly, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
