Counsel for petitioner had previously brought to notice of this Court of the death of petitioner; no steps have been taken to bring on record the Legal Representatives ( LRs ) of deceased petitioner, despite the matter being listed before the Registrar.

We have perused the order dated 04^th February 2025, wherein it was provided that no further opportunity would be granted for the purpose of bringing LRs of deceased petitioner on record, inspite of which counsel for petitioner has not taken any steps in the matter. Thereafter, the matter was

again listed before Registrar on 28^th July 2025, and counsel for petitioner failed to bring LRs of deceased petitioner on record. Therefore, the matter was listed before this Court.

Today also, counsel for petitioner is seeking time to bring LRs of deceased petitioner on record.

We see no reason to grant such a request of counsel for petitioner, as petitioner lacks bona fides , no steps having been taken.

In that view of the matter, the petition stand dismissed.
