The present application has now been moved by the learned counsel for respondent no. 1/Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) with request that on that on the abovesaid date, they had appeared before this Court through video conferencing but due to some inadvertence, their such appearance is not recorded in the order.

The application is duly supported with an affidavit of Mr. Rahul Kumar, Advocate.

Keeping in mind the reasons assigned in the application, the application is allowed with direction that the names of Ms. Rajreeta Ghosh,
