After the writ petition was disposed of on 17^th December 2025, the contemptuous conduct of the petitioner noticed by this Court prompted us to pass an order directing action including under the Contempt of Courts Act, vide speaking order dated 04^th November 2025.

The Court, thereafter, in view of the joint request deferred the hearing of the contempt proceedings.

Respective counsel appearing for the parties including that of Society informs that all the issues inter se in relation to the petitioners and the neighbours, so also the Society in the matter of maintenance of the

We further accept the unconditional apology tendered by the petitioner.

Accordingly, we discharge the contempt notices.

The present application stands disposed of accordingly.
