The present petition seeks the following prayers:

“A. Issue an appropriate writ[s]/direction[s] or order[s] quashing and setting aside the impugned requirement no.2 of the Circular No DE/41136/sport/2022/pali-II/4672-77 dated 23.10.2023 Issued By The Deputy Director Of Education (Sports) with Regard to the Organization. Of The Delhi State School Games (Under- 17 Skating) For The Year 2023-24

Issue an appropriate writ[s]/direction[s] or order[s] quashing and setting aside the impugned requirement no.2 of the Circular No DE/41 /36/sport/2022/part-II/5405-1 0 dated 22.11.2023 Issued By The Deputy Director Of Education (Sports) with Regard to the Organization. Of The Delhi State School Games (Under- 17 Skating) For The Year 2023-24.

C. Issue an appropriate writ/order thereby granting permission to the petitioner to participating the Future toun1aments restraining the respondent authorities from not allowing to participate in the Delhi State School Games (Skating).”

in fact the petitioner was permitted to participate in the concerned Games referred to in the aforesaid prayer by virtue of order dated 01.12.2023 passed in these proceedings. As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed in terms of the said order.

In view of the aforesaid and in view of the non-appearance of the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed-in-default for non-prosecution. Pending application also stands disposed of.
