No.2569/2019 (Satish Kumar-III & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors.), wherein the Tribunal had allowed the OAs for parity, quashed orders dated 23.05.2019 and 18.06.2019 read with order dated 15.06.2012, extended the benefit of the Telangana High Court judgment in Writ Petition No.17400/2016, and granted consequential benefits including MACP upgradation and pensionary benefits. This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 16.12.2024, passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No.2569/2019, titled Satish Kumar-III & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal allowed the said O.A. filed by the respondents herein and issued the following directions:

“14. In view of the aforesaid and for parity, the p resent OAs are allowed with following orders:-

(i) The impugned orders dated 23.05.2019 (in OA No. 2569/ 2019) and 18.0 6.2019 read

with order dated 15.06.2012 (in OA No. 2634/ 2019 are quashed and set aside. (ii) The respondents are directed to extend the benefit of the judgment of Hon 'ble High Court for State of Telangana at Hyderabad in Writ Petition No.17400/ 2016 to the applicants in present OA.

(iii) The applicants shall be entitled to all consequential benefits flowing therefrom including upgradation under MACP Scheme, pensionary benefits etc., as applicable. (iv) However, in the facts and circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.”

At the outset, we may note that on a similar issue and with similar grievances, the petitioners had challenged the Order dated 18.09.2024 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A. No.197/2020 (on the basis of which the Order impugned in the present petition has been passed) by way of W.P.(C) No.7412/2025, titled Union of India v. Naresh Kumar & Ors. . The said Writ Petition was dismissed by this Court vide Judgment dated 27.05.2025 (Neutral Citation No.2025:DHC:4543-DB).

We, therefore, find no merit in the present petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed. The pending application is also disposed of as infructuous.
