This has reference to the earlier circular no. GAIL/ND/C&P/CO/Vendor Evaluation/2014-15/35 dated 10.07.2014 issued by Corporate C&P Department for banning of M/s Tehran Jonoob Technical and Construction Company .
The period of banning is modified to the extent of period already undergone and accordingly, the name of M/s Tehran Jonoob Technical and Construction Company stands removed from the banning list with immediate effect.
This is issued with the approval of Competent Authority.
