The present petition was initially filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the election of the executive committee of the respondent no.1 for the year 2021 to 2025; the impugned elections were scheduled on 30.10.2021. It is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the present petition, the said elections have been duly conducted.

As such, the primary relief sought in the present petition viz. interdicting the said elections, no longer survives.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, while conceding that the prayers sought in the present petition have been rendered infructuous, submits that the elections that were conducted were not in accordance with law and that
