At the outset, we are informed that but for petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 7, rest of the petitioners are already surveyed.

Counsel for the respondent states that if these petitioners i.e. petitioner nos.2, 3 and 7, appear before the respondent/ New Delhi Municipal Corporation (‘ NDMC ’), with the original challans for the purpose of verification of their claims for identification or inclusion in the survey of street vendors, the claims can be dealt with in accordance with law.

In such an eventuality, accepting the statement made to the aforesaid effect by the counsel for respondent, we permit these petitioners to appear on 11^th August 2025 at 11:00 AM before the Director (Enforcement) , NDMC
