The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter-alia seeking the following prayers:-

a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari setting aside the sale notice dated 31.05.2025;

b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari setting aside the letter/response dated 15.07.2025 rejecting the petitioners proposal for a One Time Settlement dated 27.06.2025 on equitable grounds;

c) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondent bank to consider the petitioner’s proposal for a One Time Settlement dated 27.06.2025 on equitable grounds;

d) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari setting aside the final judgment and order dated 26.05.2025 in Appeal No.

97 of 2025 passed by the Ld. DRAT;

e) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No.1 to disclose their one time settlement policy so that the petitioner can avail of its benefits;

f) Issuance of any other appropriate writ, order or direction against the respondent;
