This application has been moved by the petitioner for extension of time for compliance of the order dated 11^th July 2025. By the said order, this Court had disposed of the writ petition with the following directions:

Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the order dated 09.08.2023 of this Court to submit that the petitioner has disputed the award to the extent that the petitioner was liable only to the sum of Rs.67,02,381/- instead of awarded amount of Rs.83,75,900/-. He submits that the aforesaid amount already stands released to the respondents, as directed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents also confirms the aforesaid fact.

petitioner has placed on record a chart wherein the petitioner has demonstrated that more than the admitted amounts have been received by the respondents. A perusal of the records would show that no such ground was taken before the authority concerned.

This Court while entertaining the writ petition would not be in a position to go into the detailed factual matrix and calculations and to which learned counsel for the respondents also fairly submits that the matter be remanded back. He, however, prays that insofar as admitted liability is concerned, the amount to the extent of awarding compensation equivalent to the aforesaid admitted liability be also directed to be released to the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has no objection to the limited remand back.

6.Considering the import of the order dated 09.08.2023 wherein the petitioner admitted its liability to the extent of Rs.67,02,381/, it is deemed apposite that compensation equivalent to the aforesaid amount in terms of the award be also paid to the respondents within a period of four weeks from today. In so far as the contention with respect to the remaining balance claim amount is concerned, this Court deems it fit in terms of the submission made, to remand back the matter on the aforesaid limited extent. Considering that the matter pertains to the year 2019, the authority shall consider early disposal of the petition preferably within a period of six months =.

The reason cited in the application relates to delay in concurrence by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, stating that the proposal was already sent on 28^th July 2025 along with the copy of the order dated 11^th July 2025.

Previously an application for extension of time being CM APPL. 53325/2025 had already been moved, which was granted by this Court on 27^th August 2025.

in August 2023, as noted in paragraph extracted above of the order dated 11^th July 2025, last and final opportunity is being given to the petitioner to comply.

Whatever steps need to be taken by the petitioner shall be taken in order that the compliance be done on or before 15^th January 2026.

No further extensions shall be granted by this Court in this regard and in the event of non-compliance, the respondent shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The application stands disposed of, accordingly.
