The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received any instruction from the petitioner.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the following reliefs :-

“a) QUASH the impugned order vide 35/2022ORG-BRP3DA7- PER-DG dated 18.05.2022 passed by the Organization Directorate, CRPF to the effect wherein the Petitioner was transfered to the GC CRPF Chandauli (Uttar Pradesh) disregarding the right and request, eligibility, needfulness and willingness of the Petitioner for the transfer to GC CRPF Pinjore as against the provided vacancy. (ANNEXURE P3); and

b) DIRECT Respondents to consider the request of the Petitioner under the Para 7 (vi) of the Standing Order 04/2022 with immediate

With the passage of time the reliefs would have become infructuous and it is probably for this reason that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition.

The petition along with the pending application is, accordingly, disposed of for non-prosecution, however, giving the liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case anything survives in this petition to be adjudicated.
