- This petition has been filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of case titled ‘State v. Sunil Sagar and Anr.’ bearing CR Cases No. 4755/2019 in case FIR No. 315/2013 dated 21.05.2013 under Sections 498A/406/323/506/342/509/34 IPC, registered at P.S.: Mehrauli, from the Court of MM-03, Mahila Court, South District, Saket to the Competent Court at North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. 2. Learned counsel for Respondents No.4 and 5 and Respondents No.2 and 3, who are present in Court candidly state that they have no objection to the said case being transferred as other litigations between the parties are pending before the Rohini Courts, Delhi and it will be convenient as well as for expeditious disposal of matters, the present matter is transferred.
