It is a matter of the record that the both execution petitions being EX. CRT. 179/2022 and EX. CRT. 112/2023 have already been dismissed.
Since both execution petitions sought to be transferred have already been dismissed, the present petition has become infructuous. However, if the order dismissing the execution petitions is set aside by the learned Trial Court, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh application for transfer.
In view of this, the present petition stands disposed of.
