Mr. Jatin Rajput, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to reapproach this Court, should the occasion arise, after the pending application filed by the respondents, as the defendants in CS SCJ No 593561/2016 ( Dr. K. R. Sharma v. Dr. Rakesh Verma & Anr. ), is decided by the learned Civil Judge, Tis Hazari Courts.
2. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid.
3. The petition is dismissed of as withdrawn.
