1. This Transfer Petition seeks transfer of RCA 39/2016 ( Sushil Kumar Jain and Ors. v. Ajay Kumar Jain and Anr. ) presently pending before the learned Additional District Judge-01, Karkardooma Court to the competent Court in the North-East District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi, which, it is submitted, is the jurisdictionally competent Court.
2. Learned Counsel for the respondents does not dispute this position or oppose the request for transfer. He, however, submits that this matter has been prolonged owing to a number of adjournments which have been taken in the case.
3. It would be open to the respondents to urge this plea before the transferee Court.
