1. On 4 March 2024, learned counsel for the appellant sought time to take instructions from his client, as to the time within which his client would be willing to vacate the suit property and deposit the arrears.
2. Even on the last date of hearing, there was no appearance on behalf of the appellant.
3. Today, the matter has been called out twice. Once again, there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant at either call.
4. In these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
