judgment and decree impugned in this appeal provided he continues to pay use and occupation charges at a rate of Rs. 10,000/- per month. It is made clear that this settlement shall not have a bearing on the issue of computation of mesne profits pending before the learned Trial Court. It is also made clear that in case the appellant does not vacate the subject premises on or before 01.04.2025, the execution of the impugned judgment and decree shall be carried out.
