As per the office report, the notice could not be issued to respondent as PF was not filed on behalf of the appellant.
No one appeared on behalf of the appellant either to take passover or an adjournment when the matter was called.
On the last occasion also i.e. 7th November, 2023, there was no appearance on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant does not wish to pursue this matter further.
Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
