% 26.09.2024 1. The learned counsel for the appellant prays for leave to withdrawn the present appeal stating that there are some clerical errors in the same. 2. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdraw with liberty to file afresh after removal of defects. We may, however, clarify that we have not considered the maintainability or merit of the appeal. The pending applications also stand dismissed.
